Optimization means that we can thrive in our lives. Even with “high performers” how many of them can truly say they are totally thriving? Health performance specialist and the founder of Zen Ascent, Joe Sulak, shares practical, yet counter intuitive philosphy and strategies that he’s implementing in his own life as well as those of his clients to help improve their health and overall quality of life.
